Aduro Stories – Linda

My name is Linda and I am 48 years old. I have been married to Peter for 23 years, he is a professional soldier. We live abroad for work and we move once every 5 years to another country. We deliberately do not have children. In 2 years he will retire and we will move to the Netherlands for good.

I do volunteer work in every country where we are stationed. My training is in nursing, so it is never difficult find volunteer work. The great thing about our life is that we live in 4 beautiful different countries were allowed to live.

My husband and I love running, we run 3 times a week 10 km route, plus I take a yoga class twice a week. I am satisfied with my body, but a little less satisfied with mine facial skin, I am 48 years old, but I often get wrinkles because of my wrinkles estimated older. My mother is 73 years old and started taking it at a young age  getting wrinkles on her face, it is certainly in our genes. I was reading up on face lifts, and at a clinic they were giving them
the advice is to do a treatment in advance with LED light on your skin to get in better shape for the operation.
After the operation you could repeat the treatment to make your skin more beautiful and better to heal from the operation. So what have I done now? I’m not going for a face-lift yet, but I am for the ADURO LED Light mask. I bought this mask from the selection of many other suppliers because of the many colors and therefore the multiple applications. I use the mask for about 3 months, 2 to 3 times a week, on clean skin, after 20 minutes I apply my night cream.

Of course you can’t compare it to an operation, but I’ll see sure my skin has changed. My skin has become much softer, my wrinkles are less deep, and my pores are less coarse. Now that I use the mask, I also spend a little more time on my face I treat myself to facial skin once a week a collagen sheet mask as an extra booster. I am very satisfied and will continue with it, and maybe in 10 year I’ve reached the point where I’m considering getting a face-lift.
