Shipping policy

Shipping All orders (from Sunday until Friday 12.00 am) are processed and shipped within 24 hours after ordering. We ship worldwide with FedEX from Amstelveen in The Netherlands. Shipments usually only take a couple of days to arrive, depending on the location. You will receive a Track & Trace, so you can follow the shipment or make changes.

Returns & Refund Policy

You can return an Aduro order within 30 days from delivery, exercising your right of withdrawal.

Due to our strict infection control protocols, for the protection of our customers, all our products come sealed. Once this seal is broken/opened and the product is used, we can not accept returns.

What to do? Send your order back to the following address: Aduro/Cosmotology, Spinnerij 67, 1185 ZS, Amstelveen, The Netherlands Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service Team, we will refund the amount paid for the articles to the bank account used for the order. Once a refund has been made it can take up to 5 days to appear in your bank account. Please be aware, return costs are at the customer’s expense.
